Hi! I am planning to go to Gigantes Island this summer. Are there boats from Carles to the said island? I have read that the jump-off point is Estancia. Please enlighten me. Thanks.
Posted by dimples | February 5, 2011, 8:53 amhello dimplz, there are boats you can ride from Estancia or Carles (town proper) though their rates vary, depending on who you talk to. You can rent a boat for yourself so you can go to beaches/islands which are not part of the usual route, or take the boats that taxi between islands.
If you stay with us, we provide a boat which you can rent as well for your daytrip. Please call our numbers for the rates/inquiry.
