What We Offer

With our rustic and cozy ambiance, personalized service and charming environment,  Carles Shangri-La Family Resort offers a distinct flavor to your escapade.

We take that extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and as fun as possible. With a range of cottages and rooms to choose from, overnight or extended bookings for individuals and groups alike are given equal attention to ensure that your stay is a comfortable and pleasurable one. Small cottages which can be rented for the day line up our beachfront, offering families and daytrippers a place to rest while they frolic along the beach.

We also have non-aircon and aircon cottages for rent for the day or for an overnight stay. Each cottage is spacious, airy and bright, with lots of room for guests, especially those of a large number. Our rooms are amply furnished with soft, comfortable beds, clean linens and pillows, and clean bathrooms. Select cottages have an outdoor kitchen for our guests’ use. Each one is uniquely designed, with a character of its own — a little bit rustic, yes, but designed using local architecture which will keep you cool and dry, adding to the pleasure and the adventure of your getaway.

Aside from amenities of comfort, we offer venues for sporty activities, like a beachfront area for volleyball or badminton, an open coffee shop and mini garden near the beach as well as areas (open and indoor) for team building activities and seminars. A videoke machine situated at our open pavilion is also available to rent for those who would like to unwind by singing. No need to go outside to buy, we have an sari-sari store inside the resort that caters to things you might need on your trip, like soda, chips and other miscellaneous needs.

Looking for some pampering? We’ve added a touch of indulgence to our already personal service: Body massages such as hilot and ventosa massages are available upon request*. Treat your feet to a well-deserved foot spa or get yourself a manicure and pedicure for that extra loving. Your getaway just got better with these treatments awaiting you.

Carles Shangri-La Family Resort is also a venue of various celebrations, including weddings, seminars and team building activities.

We offer consultancy in planning social affairs booked in any of our spaces. Fun is always around! We’ll gladly help you plan that perfect get-together by setting up the karaoke fun, building campfires by the beach or arranging an exploration of the nearby islands by renting out our sakayan. We will be happy to assist you in making your event a success. When booking, please inquire on our consultancy service should you need any assistance in setting up your event.

Please be guided accordingly:

Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis, so please make reservations at least two weeks prior to your stay so we may be able to accommodate you. During the summer and holidays we may have full booking, so it’s best to reserve your rooms in advance!

For bookings beyond three days, special events and group outings, please inquire via telephone or email on our rates. While we wholeheartedly welcome you, we may need to prepare in advance to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and pleasurable as possible.

  5. Hi,

I have booked tickets for November as early as now and our main purpose is to see Gigantes and Sicogon (of course on a different days). We will be coming from Manila and arriving in Roxas. I would like to know if you have services like the boat trips going there, and if none, are you near Estancia where we can hire a boat to the said islands. Please let me know so I can book if available. We are a group of 9 by the way.
